The Transport Service
To make transport requests, please call 03-79577255
Mobiliti operates a "door to door" transport service in the Klang Valley, mainly for wheelchair bound users.
We have five vans, which are fitted with hydraulic lifts and wheelchair restraint systems. This enables our passengers to travel comfortably and securely without having to transfer out of their wheelchair.
The service operates from 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday(8.30am - 12.00pm). We also operate on Sundays and public holidays if there are bookings. The vans can be booked outside these times but will be charged at higher rate. If you have not yet registered with Mobiliti please call us to register. REGISTRATION IS FREE.
Once you have registered you can make transport requests. You should call the Mobiliti office on 03-7957 7255 to make a request. We require at least 4 working days notice. The Mobiliti office will inform you 2 days before your travel date to confirm the details of your trip. We always try our best to meet every request. But sometimes we just do not have enough space in the vans and have to turn down some requests. If this is the case we will try and help you out on another day.
A contribution of RM8.00 per person one-way per trip. So if we take you from your house to a hospital and then come back later to take you back the total will be RM16.00. You may also bring one care-giver with you (a friend, a family member or a maid). That person will contribute RM5.00.
Although we give priority to medical-related journeys you can use the Mobiliti service to go anywhere shopping, to the bank, to a Government Department or to a friend's house provided if there is availability on that booking day.
So if you haven't been out of the house for a while why not take a trip with Mobiliti!
